We at BWFM specialize in local, fresh caught Gulf of America fish such as Grouper, Snapper, hog fish and Mahi. We also bring imported fish on the daily. No fish joint would be complete without a selection of fresh and even smoked salmon. Our concept and menu is a combination of inspiration from our travels, experiences and research of seafood operations all over the world. Mostly a Florida influenced menu from Sarasota to key west, you will also find inspiration from Canada, Seattle, Boston, New Orleans, Jamaica, Nicaragua, and even Ireland and Italy. I strongly encourage my staff to see the world and be inspired by others innovation and success. We attend every food show, seafood festival and even go right down on the fisherman docks. For me the best way to learn your craft is to be hands on and like what you do.
